Betty White in the Community

For most people who turn 88, there isn’t a lot to look forward to. For Betty White, it appears that the best years of her life are ahead of her. In addition to her resurgence in Sandra Bullock’s romcom The Proposal, a hilarious Snickers ad for Super Bowl 2010, and a high-profile hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, White now takes aim for the NBC comedy Community as it goes into its second season this fall.

The LA Times reports that White will play “an esteemed, but slightly unhinged anthropology professor.” I don’t know about you but I sense another Emmy in this self-proclaimed “old broad’s” future! You go, Betty!
