Ashley Greene & Kellan Lutz in ‘Warrior’ Pics

More Ashley Greene in-film with some dude news (like the others day’s Skateland clip). She joins Twilight Saga partner Kellan Lutz (both of the Cullen brood) in Warrior, a film about exciting sport activity of lacrosse. This  movie’s premise is actually more fantastic than the Twilight films, as the world of “the hot headed, maverick, Lacrosse star” is so out there for me, as I where I’m from that puts you perhaps only slightly cooler than kids in basements playing Magic the Gathering and open to the same beat down regime. Still, Ashley is BSC-approved, so we have some promo images gathered from JustJared.

There apparently is a a mentor figure for Lutz’s character (Conor Sullivan) named Sgt. Major Duke Wayne (played by Adam Beach) in the film, which lets be honest is just silly. Also in the film that is in post-production and has no release date set, is my girl from Burn Notice, Gabrielle Anwar.

Film Synopsis – In shock and denial over his Marine father’s death in battle, star Lacrosse player Conor Sullivan, always a maverick and a hothead, starts acting out in self-destructive ways that have his mom, Claire, at her wit’s end. But arduous training in a wilderness Lacrosse camp under the tutelage of his dad’s old combat buddy, Sgt. Major Duke Wayne, opens Conor’s eyes to the true meaning of maturity, sportsmanship and manhood.
