2010 Grammy Award Winners

taylor swift  grammy awardThe 2010 Grammy Award Winners were named out last night, once again – for the 52nd time – honoring and recognizing the ‘best’ in music of the previous year. Yesterday I called last year the Year of Swift (without ever hearing one song she has ever don, mind you!), and just to prove me right the she comes away with (arguably) the top honors to kick of 2010, winning Album of the Year for her Fearless album. She also took home Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song for “White Horse”, and Best Country Album . She, however, didn’t win (Kanye must be relieved) the most awards, that honor going to Beyonce, who took home 6 awards.

They weren’t the only acts that took home multiple gramaphones, as Eminem, Jay-Z, Jason Mraz and the Kings of Leon all went home from the LA Staple Center with their hands full. Check out the full winners list below.
