Ugly Betty – Fisher Stevens to join the cast

My top show for comeback of year has to be Ugly Betty. It got too campy and crazy, but now it is back on track with just enough of both of those to make it interesting, but not enough to make it stupid. Ausiello is reporting that Fisher Stevens is joining the Ugly Betty cast in the recurring role of Mr. Z.

Mr. Z will be Betty’s new landlord and will be someone that can go head-to-head with Betty. Should be interesting, I just hope he does not disrupt any of the chemistry that we have gotten back with the show. As a sarcastic landlord I think Stevens fits the bill, let us hope the writers use him wisely.
