Melissa McCarthy to Private Practice

Melissa McCarthy will be starring in a January episode of Private Practice per Ausiello. Melissa will be playing a pregnant patient of midwife Dell in the episode, once again bringing McCarthy back to television.

I miss McCarthy on Samantha Who?, well actually I miss the whole darn show of Samantha Who? where McCarthy played Dena the childhood friend of Samantha Newly. I always felt that McCarthy did a darn good job acting in everything I have seen her in and Private Practice made a good casting call with her based on past work.
