SyFy’s Riverworld trailer

Generally not too interested in SyFy adapting classic books (the whole Le Guin thing still thunders in my mind), but I love Philip Jose Farmer’s work and I just have to give this a chance. In April we reported the casting of Tahmoh Penikett and Smallville’s Supergirl Laura Vandervoort, a month after SyFy announced 3 series, one of which was Riverworld. There is now a trailer for the feature!
The first Riverworld book (To Your Scattered Bodies Go) is in my mind the best of the series (and one of the classic SF novels). Along with Vandervoort and Pinkett, the cast includes lan Cumming , Jeananne Goossen and Mark Deklin.
