Dollhouse – Fox pulls show from November Sweeps

I am not remotely anything close to an insider or network strategist, but I can’t see how this is a good a sign for fans of the show. Looks like Moff Elena’s workload is getting lighter as EW is reporting that Dollhouse will not be part of the all important November sweeps.
According to Ausiello, the show will return in December (on December 4th, 11th and 18th–these dates via Whedonesque). This is disheartening after seeing the promo images to late shows featuring Summer Glau and Ray Wise, and thinking the show might be gaining some momentum.
Personally, I think there’s room in any month for Whedon (who will be guest-directing an episode of Glee) and/or Dushku, but man those ratings are really meh (though does very well on DVR).

As long as they give the show a 3rd Season, i don’t mind waiting for a month…
