Smallville Metallo extended clip

Last month we posted an image of Brian Austin Green as John Corben/Metallo, a character that would play a large role when Smallville kicked of its ninth season. Continuing the season premiere “Savior” is “Metallo”, and below is a 2-minute clip from the episode featuring the titular character.

     
Episode Synopsis:

After being struck by a truck, John Corben (guest star Brian Austin Green) wakes up alone in an abandoned apartment as a man-machine with a Kryptonite heart. Corben realizes he now has superhuman strength and sets out to exact revenge on the Red-Blue Blur, who he perceives to be an irresponsible vigilante. Against Clark’s (Tom Welling) wishes, Lois (Erica Durance) involves herself in the Red-Blue Blur’s investigation, and winds up getting kidnapped by Corben.

The episode airs on October 2nd.

Season 9 will  also include the additions of Julian Sands (Jor-El), Steph Song (Roulette), Monique Ganderton (Alia), and  Allison Scagliotti and David Gallagher (Wonder Twins?).

Smallville starts Tom Welling, Erica Durance and Allison Mack and airs on the CW.
