New Images from Tim Burton’s ‘9′

I’ve received 4 new sweet images from 9, coming from the minds of Shane Acker and Tim Burton, that you’ve seen pimped extensively here at BSC. The film will features the voices of a cast that includes Elijah Wood, John C. Reilly, Jennifer Connelly, Crispin Glover, Martin Landau, and Christopher Plummer among others. I’m starting to think we can piece together/storyboard the film via all the promo material, but it all looks gorgeous, so no complaints!

With the pictures cam some links for you to get interactive with the film! There is this Cognitive Circuit mini-game. BSC staff have their own talismans of power, but if you are a mere mortal you can create a 9 Talisman for yourself.

Watch the international trailer from last month, and the academy award nominated short film that the feature length film is based on. I also collected the very stylish character posters for the film, among several others promo material for the film (all of which looks remarkably good, even though there seems to be a huge number of posters out for this film). If the film doesn’t looks good it will literally be the only element associated with the title of 9 that doesn’t.

9 will be released in the U.S. on September 9, 2009.
