Jenny Slate – SNL F Bomb

News, Television | Jay Tomio | September 27, 2009 at 6:28 am

It seems that somehow NBC has come out of last night with a Megan Fox appearance/hosting not being the ‘big news’ from last night’s Saturday Night Live premiere. Instead, newcomer Jenny Slate steals the buzz by dropping some language that seems to have some people intrigued (at the very least). Doesn’t seem like a big deal to me.

Pretty harsh for her to debut with a sketch centered around the very premise that people might accidentally drop the f-bomb while saying “frickin’” twelve times a sentence. Also pretty harsh if the show penalizes her in any way.

The real news should be the triumphant return of Jean K. Jean. Zut alors!

I know it’s a live show, but they do have a delay. So that it got out isn’t her fault, it’s the delay button pusher’s fault. And it’s pretty obvious it was an accident, but had a pretty good chance of happening.
