Crista Flanagan joining Kelsey Grammer show, Hank

Crista Flanagan, who jumped up the cool factor scale when her character ran over an ad exec’s foot on Mad Men. Crista will be joining the new ABC comedy Hank with Kelsey Grammer.
Crista will be playing the recurring role of Dawn, who is the sister in law to Hank. She replaces Melissa McCarthy, of Gilmore Girls fame, who dropped the role when she landed a supporting role in the romantic comedy, Life as We Know It.
After Kelsey Grammer did his time on Cheers and Frasier I have just hated every show that he ends up on. I do not believe that it is him, but rather the jobs that he takes. Hopefully Hank does not fall into the same category.

I did not get to catch the new “Hank” show on Tues night w/Kelsey Grammer, but I KNOW it will be great and hope it’s a hit because I love Kelsey. He is a fine, funny actor. I am going to try to find the first episode on the net and watch somehow and DVR it next week for sure. I still watch Frasier and wish they’d run more Frasier episodes and throw Cheers off!! Thanks!!
I don’t know – it’s hard to beat the lawnmowing incident. I don’t think she’ll ever live that down – and really, why would she want to? How fun was that to do, anyway?
