Hilary Duff in ABC’s The Business of Falling in Love

Hilary Duff and ABC are joining forces for an ABC Family original movie based on the novel Diary of a Working Girl, by Daniella Brodsky and published in 2004 by Berkley Trade. It’s billed as a romantic comedy, and Duff will also co-produce.

The item that popped up to me is that The Business of Falling in Love is being adapted to the screen by Mike Horowitz. I’m not sure if a lot are uncredited, but it seems he has a couple of credits on the show.

According to THR Duff plays:

a fashion reporter who goes undercover in the business world in the hopes of finding love while writing an article about dating men in suits.

The director is Gil Junger, who directed 10 Things I Hate About You and the cinema classic Black Knight.
