Aimee Teegarden headed to Legend of the Seeker

Aimee Teegarden from Friday Night Lights (good show) is going to being appearing in Legend of the Seeker, the ABC show based on the Terry Goodkind Sword of Truth novels.

We haven’t talked much about Legend of the Seeker here excluding a featurette I posted in April (which reminds me that I should have mentioned Bridget Regan (who plays Kahlan) as a potential Wonder Woman). She tells E! that:

“I’m going to New Zealand on Saturday to shoot a show called Legend of the Seeker,”

“It’s a crazy-long episode. A lot goes on. My character ruins a lot of things, but she doesn’t really mean to.”

“I’m playing one of the last Confessors, named Annabelle,”

A casting call for the role from last month described the character as “18, beautiful, innocent, like a princess in a fairy tale.”

The second season of Legend of the Seeker begins airing on November 7th 2009.
