Meet ‘7′ from Shane Acker’s ‘9′
Movies, News | Jay Tomio | June 26, 2009 at 7:50 amYesterday I posted a character poster of ‘8′ from Shane Acker’s ‘9′, and today we have one for ‘7′. I went ahead and reposted the one from yesterday as well (and will continue to do so as we get more).
About 7:
A brave and self-sufficient warrior, 7 is the group’s sole female. A fiercely independent adventuress, she has been out patrolling the wasteland. To survive, she has adapted, finding the bones of a deceased bird and crafting her signature skull helmet. Producer Tim Burton explains why he loves 7: “7 is my favorite in terms of poses struck. Growing up on martial arts movies, 7’s got that real Bruce Lee kind of quality that is just really strong.”
Remember to go and peep out 5 minutes of 9 and the short film that the feature length film is based on. 9 features voice-work by Elijah Wood, John C. Reilly, Jennifer Connelly, Crispin Glover, Martin Landau, and Christopher Plummer
9 will be released in the USA 9 September 2009.
